TARGO 3000 – From the idea to Market Introduction

How time flies! It's been about 2 ½ years since the idea to include a mobile shredder in our product range was born. The continuous demand from customers in and outside of the country to be supplied not only with screen and separation technology but also with mobile shredding technology from our company kept on growing.

After intense market research and exchange with our customers about the benefits and disadvantages of individual systems, we have finally chosen a universally usable single-shaft shredder. It offers clear benefits over other systems across the width of its usage area.

We started with a blank slate. Our constructors' motivation to include our customers' wishes and needs for a mobile shredder in the new machine was great. The result is the TARGO 3000.

About a year ago, the first machine in the trailer version was presented in the scope of the international dealer day in Neuenhaus.

To collect as much practical experience as possible quickly, the first machines were driven many kilometres across Europe on their presentation tours. Only this shows us how users think and what daily challenges they keep facing. We just can't simulate this on a workshop test bench. Our paths led from Germany to Denmark to England and France, to Austria, the Czech Republic, through Belgium and the Netherlands and back home. Commercial waste, bulky waste, domestic waste, waste wood, tree roots, green waste - all of it was tested. The machines were brought to their limits.

Our customers' feedback was and remains the most important thing for us. It was only positive. The unbroken great interest in the TARGO 3000 shows us that we are on the right track. The machine concept convinced some customers so thoroughly that we can hardly keep up with the production of new machines. We will continue to report on new developments.
